As the Benefits & Analytics Manager, Nicholas works closely with veterans to ensure their claims are backed by complete, accurate, and VA-ready medical evidence. He helps veterans understand their conditions, organize their documentation, and build a clear roadmap for their claims, combining empathy with deep knowledge of the VA system.

Nicholas was inspired to do this work because, as he puts it, “every veteran deserves support long after the uniform comes off.” One experience that stands out for him is helping a family whose child had just been diagnosed with cancer. After securing an increase, he was able to guide them through CHAMPVA so they could afford treatment. That moment showed him how profoundly accurate benefits can impact a family’s life.

In his personal life, Nicholas is a devoted husband and father of three. He enjoys traveling, discovering new places, and teaching his kids to explore the world with curiosity and courage.
