As Chief Operations Officer, Jennifer oversees the systems and operations that support every veteran who comes through PBC. She leads multiple teams and ensures the entire process—from the first call to the final documentation—is clear, consistent, and handled with accuracy and care. Her focus is on building workflows and communication structures that help veterans feel supported and confident throughout their journey.
Jennifer’s connection to this work runs deep. As she shares, “This mission is personal for me. My husband recently retired after more than 31 years in the Navy, and his commitment motivates me every day to give my best to those who have given so much.” What keeps her grounded is not one defining moment, but the collective reminder that this work truly changes lives—and sometimes even saves them.
Outside of PBC, Jennifer loves interior design and ran her own design business for more than a decade. She’s inspired by the belief that “the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
