Casey Rogers serves as the President of Patriot Benefit Consulting and is a United States Marine Corps veteran whose leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in his military experience. From 2010 to 2014, Casey served across the country and internationally, including a combat deployment to Helmand Province, Afghanistan. His time in the Marine Corps shaped his professional identity, reinforced his dedication to service, and strengthened the principles that guide his approach to leadership today. During his service, Casey met his wife, Brandy Rogers, also a Marine, further cementing his lifelong connection to the military community.
Casey’s career continues to be influenced by the values he learned in uniform—discipline, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. He is guided by the words of General John A.
