As a VA Benefits Consultant, Anna helps veterans navigate the disability claims process with clarity and support, making sure their documentation truly reflects what they’re going through. She’s known for taking the time to explain complex information in a way that feels manageable and reassuring, helping veterans feel confident, not overwhelmed, at every step.

Anna’s passion comes from a simple belief: “Every veteran deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported.” One of the moments that stays with her is helping a veteran with severe PTSD who hadn’t left his home in six years. After working together, he received 100% T&P and was finally able to visit his mother again. Experiences like that remind her why this work matters.

Outside of PBC, Anna loves hands-on creative projects and calls herself a “jack of all trades” when it comes to crafting and trying new hobbies.
